We just got a Johnny's in katy. It's just as good as Shreveport. I don't know how they frick it up in South Louisiana

Beef filets with bernaise sauce, orzo with asparagus and shrimp, pan seared jumbo shrimp, zucchini, and bread. The orzo was supposed to be risotto, but we couldn't find any aborio rice, but the orzo turned out great. The shrimp and zucchini were supposed to be grilled, but we ran out of propane right after I pulled the steaks.
