I don't mind someone saving one or two seats, but it crosses a line at some point for sure. Some lady tonight was saving three seats for people that never showed up, or at least sat somewhere else. Watched her turn a ton of people away and the seats were empty the whole mass

Some people pay to sit in the first few rows for the mass. So pay a donation to church or stop being catholic. The crying is worst than not knowing da rules

You pay to sit in the front? Does this help you get to heaven faster?

I dont. Im not catholic. But people that want good seats and prob go t that church more than just one day a year want theur good seats but not have to show up 2 hours early because the bama vs lsu game crowd is in their church.
People dont get mad when people sit in their paid seats at a game no difference if they paid for good seats and view for church...show up at tip off

How much does it cost to get to heaven nowadays for a regular heathen?

Ok.

Had the same exact experience here in Dallas, same time, same arrival time, same behaviors.

Fortunately someone got up and let my wife's 80+ yr old grandparents sit along with my wife who was holding our 9 month old.

I'll be too drunk, at 11pm, to care where I sit in mass tonight

I heard from friend donation t church of $150 got ya the whole row. Only people doing it were people who were normally there and knew crowds would be bad and thought donation was worth not having to get there hours early and still have their seats.
i would do it if i was stupid enough to be catholic

Does the $150 include the crackers and wine?

It's not fricked up. They don't want to sit in the back for people who want to make their bi-annual appearance.

I dunno. Not catholic

I just dont get the people with thr buying their way to heaven aspect of it. When i buy a seat at half court at pelican games i dont think im buying my way to be an nba player...i just want a good seat. It seems like shite ton of people go today so it is a big event and people always want seats for big events so if a church is willing to take a donation and people willing to give then enjoy the event

An event is an event. Someone raising from grave would seem like a good trick to me. Have to ask someone more religious than me though.

C'mon man... you can't be serious. Just a friendly suggestion that you retrace your steps and check your facts.
