ouch...that's gonna be tough. Pho Ly Ly is a great place for some veggie pho and a really underrated restaurant.
Outside of that....Ruby Tuesday has a good salad bar. best of luck

Uhhh by vegetarian do you mean fried in vegetable oil and not lard?? I'm sure there's a salad bar somewhere.

If you're pescetarian and not a vegetarian, Bogangles puts out nominal sushi items. If you don't eat fish either, have them make you some asparagus, cucumber or spinach rolls.
Clementine can be good for food, but I'm not sure of vegetarian options there.

I'm pretty sure that vegetarianism in New Iberia is illegal.
