Just in my freshman year of high school, I knew a a Satanist (later renowned it, and now is just a run-of-the-mill atheist) and had a close friend die from playing the choking game.

They're real to me.

I will admit, that most media claims of Satanist cults performing rituals in the woods is total hogwash. Satanists are really just atheists. Satanism is all about self-gratification, about rejecting all moral authority and engaging in pure hedonism and worship of the self. It's basically a religion of atheists who enjoy trolling Christians

Which is easy, because Christians freak the frick out over everything. Once Gay Marriage becomes legal everywhere and the Christians lose, I wonder what the new Christian crusade will be
