As an FYI I haven't gotten any e mails today if I was supposed to. Of course I'm not in the camping group so that is likeley why.

I have extra PIROUGEs at the camp for people with deep draft boats. I hunt exclusively out of cc boat with PIROUGE. I'm here sorry won't be able to take a group but will do whatever I can to help and will show for some beer drinking at camp ground.

Also have room at camp as of now.

I'm not sure where I'll be staying since I'm in the boat with LSUtiger205. Wherever he's staying is where I'll be.

How did the TD trip work out over the weekend? We had a good trip even though Monday is was too foggy to run down river. Birds were everywhere but it seemed they were getting a little shore shy and not really committing to the decoys like we expected but we still managed good hunts.

It was ok. Shot some birds, but we ran in Saturday afternoon due to the storm coming in Saturday night. Trick is to hunt with more dekes when they start getting shy down there.

My group did very well, even with the fog surprisingly. Normally when we have to run radar we don't do too well on the ducks not the case last weekend.

Thanks. I'll remember that next time. We put out 5-6 dozen. But it was hard to mimic the real 100 or so that seemed to always land about 80 yds off the cane. We still did very well, just had to take passing shots. I'm a firm believer in my long range black cloud long range choke tube. If we had more time we wanted to cut can and build a blind in the middle of the pond. Haha
