No, you are right. No kid should be called a "thug", unless they strong are rob a convenience store and then attack a police office trying to disarm him, in a span of minutes.

Don't bother trying to give SS the facts. He doesn't give a damn about the facts.
He just wants the white person to be seen as evil, and the black person to be seen as an innocent victim. Regardless of what the facts say.
SS, if you really care so much about black kids, why don't you volunteer some of your time and go help out somewhere? Teach those kids to value education. Teach them that it's counterproductive to have kids while they're still teenagers.
Did you ever think that maybe you could do more good that way, as opposed to spewing false bullshite about the Ferguson case on a message board?

I think it has been established that the thug in the video is not Mike Brown.

They are facts that there was a fight in the car, brown slapped boxed with him and that the shots were fired from ranges that officer wilson, after getting 2 months to conjure up a story, stated. Other than that, the case is littered with uneven eye witness testimony, shoddy investigative work, no fingerprints on the gun, no found cigars, etc.
Why would I want the white person to be seen here as evil? I never said Mike brown didn't put himself in a dicy position. What I've argued is that the grand jury process was geared towards exonerating wilson and that there is no reason why I shouldn't question his account of the case and its imvesigative work. We're all human at the end of the day, and any of us would lie or fabricated a story or stretch the truth to

I understand where you are coming from with this. What would you like to see happen at this point? The grand jury did not recommend an indictment. There have been protests at different locations around the country for this case and the case in New York.
None of us were in the grand jury proceedings so we do not have full knowledge of what took place.

Well, yes, if they do what's bolded in the above quote, they are indeed a thug in my book.
I think your statement may reek of a tell on how your view yourself. If so, maybe you should do some introspection and get your affairs in order so you are ready when the darkness falls.

I would liked to have not seen conservative white America (my people iow) react to this whole story in such a predictable way, basically just seeing it as another opportunity to confirm their preexisting biases.
Also wasted an opportunity to talk about police tactics.

I challenge anybody (black, brown, white, yellow, or green) to attack a cop, try to take his gun away, and see what happens.
That action won't end well for ANYBODY.
But, this is indicative of where America is in 2014. The fact that some people are STILL trying to spin the Ferguson situation in a negative way regarding a white policeman, WHO DID NOTHING WRONG, should tell us that it's not about the truth anymore.
