There were witnesses on both "sides" that straight up lied and even admitted it, I think we all know that.

The D.A. gave the Grand Jury ALL the extra information about "Witness 40" indicating that she was completely unreliable. As the D.A. has said all along, he put everything before the Grand Jury -- good and bad. The Grand Jury was WELL AWARE of the fact that this woman was bipolar and was essentially a nut whose word was suspect. They were able to take all of that into consideration and, most likely, discounted everything she had to say because of all the evidence given to them by the D.A.

If the D.A. had not let her "testify" you would be screaming like a little p*ssy about the Grand Jury not getting all the evidence.

The D.A. did the right thing here by letting the Grand Jury make up their own minds about this woman by giving them ALL the evidence -- both good and bad.

How is this any different than attacking the victims?

Didn't The DA tout this TPOS of a woman as a credible witness and as a witness who's testimony corroborated with Darren Wilsons?

I'm pretty sure this woman was touted on this board and by other pundits as reliable

I refuse to call a kid a "thug"
After getting 2 glimpse into life. I know of many privileged kids that have done worse but lived to see another day. They aren't getting called "thugs."

WRONG. He let the Grand Jury know that this woman was unreliable and gave them her history.

ETA: This was mentioned on MSNBC of all places. I was channel surfing the other day and saw this being mentioned on All In with Chris Hayes. After doing a hit piece on this woman, one of his guest just happened to "mention" the fact that the D.A. gave the Grand Jury all the information about this woman. Chris Hayes agreed (reluctantly) and said that it was true that all of this information was given to the Grand Jury.

It means he's still taking up the cause of a piece of shite killed in the act of committing a crime by a cop just doing his job and protecting himself.

Darren Wilson was the victim in all of this.

Strong Safety, would you mind bumping your thread about all the lies that Dorian Johnson told? I must've missed it.
