Decent facilitator but he couldn't shoot to save his life. Jimmer was getting time over him the past few games.

Gave him a try out and I guess it didn't work out.

Someone will have to explain why we would care if he clears waivers.

Gotta think they are either expecting EG back or anticipating a trade.

Seems like they are wanting him back, which doesn't really make sense to me.

If he had become a regular part of the rotation he'd be easy to stop he's so one dimensional, just dare him to score.

Maybe a Jared Jack trade really is in the works

To get him we'd be sending multiple players out and wouldn't need to clear a roster spot for him. This may just be realizing Mekel wasn't going to work out and giving him a chance to move on. The "hope he clears waivers" comment suggests them wanting him to have his freedom.

Honestly, I can't wait. I wanna see him run with the second team and Babbitt stay in the starting 5. Ryno, Cunningham and EG actually gives us a legit bench. Rivers isn't too shabby either. If Babbitt can just hit 3 corner 3's a game and keep putting in the hustle on defense, I'll be more than happy with him.

Ah, so all he has to do is lead the NBA in 3 point makes per game on limited minutes and hustle and he'd make you happy? Boy are you easy to please.

Just settle for him making a good percentage of the open looks he gets. Unlike another small forward on the team.

His form is so ridiculous but effective. He may not even get an inch off the ground. It's impressive.

if they plan to aggregate salaries for deadline day trade, those salaries must be on the books by the end of business today

so...it seems likely that they will fill that roster spot before 2pm

Yeah, it was a jab at the thread below. The spelling was wrong. Ah, nevermind.

I think we started seeing this already as well. AR is just a better option right now, hence why Mikel was released. If you can't even compete with AR for the backup PG role, you probably don't have a spot on the team.
