right...I mean, if you want to stay in the NFL and get a pay raise from $5 million a year, what better way than to tell your potential NFL suitors that you have a $8 million offer on the table from Michigan.

until he signed on the dotted line, he still can change his mind. for example, if someone throw 20mf/year, i will change my mind too.

it is 90% before he is introduced as michigan coach

BS.

My Wife and all of Her family graduated from Michigan, and my In-Laws are knee deep in the Alumni Assoc, there are rumours flying around everywhere, and They don't know squat.

You come along out of blue, and start making FACT prognostications, like fricking Nostradamus.

The Athletic Dept has put a virtual gag order in place , and nobody know's what's going on.

no way.

some other coaches may use michigan.

jh is not. if he is not interested, he will say no at the beginning. he played here and has root here.

he will not drag the process into its third week now.
unless he is crazy to lose a lot of long term friends. i do not think he is crazy

detroit media is in dark the whole process.

Oh. Well in that case, Arizona is the next logical market.

sounds like you're giving yourself just enough wiggle room if/when he doesn't take the job

Oh, we're waiting on your claim that Harbaugh will take the job unless he doesn't? Fantastic.

Someone leaked the offer: Harbaugh's camp, or Michigan. If Harbaugh did, he is using them. If Michigan did, then it is someone who is not happy about the situation. There is no scenario where Michigan wants this offer public IMO.

Not unless they were 100% sure he was going to take it. The whole reason Michigan hired that firm and blocked the tail # of their plane was to prevent any egg on their face. If Harbaugh walks away from that kind of money from his Alma Mater it will make them look terrible.

are you guys dumb or not? some company gave you an offer you negotiated for a month. before you signed the offer sheet, the company is always wondering if he accept or not.

my guess is you guy never be in a position that the company beg you to join.

It gives the AD a way to appease the fanbase.

I could see them wanting it out there if they know he's staying in the NFL. They have to let their fans know that they did everything they possibly could to get him.

I guess getting so plugged into UM AD business left time for little else, like grasping the English language for instance
