Any fans here? Mellon Collie and The Infinite Sadness, for me, is one of the greatest albums of all time. Adore was also great.

Hit or miss for me. Have some really good music that I like hearing for nostalgia.

Certainly don't go out my way to hear them though

Possibly my favorite band. Gimme Siamese Dream all day though. I'm in the minority that really liked Machina too.

I loved Machina. I even liked MachinaII.

What do you think of the new album?

They really remind me of mtv in the mid 90's.

I would have smashed the bass player back in the day, not so much now.

I love Gish and Siamese Dream. Mellon Collie is hit or miss for me, some stuff I love and some I don't care for. Never listened to much after that.

I have Mellon Collie box set on vinyl. It's really awesome. All there stuff is great up to Adore. After that, not so much.

Gish, Adore, and MCATIS are all good albums. After that, Billy kind of lost his way. Dude has turned into a total self-indulgent tool since Machina.

Siamese Dream is great. Gish and Mellon Collie are pretty good. The rest sucks.

Siamese Dream is a great work of the 90s.

Smashing Pumpkins at Voodoo 07 is one of the worst performances I've ever seen.

So I heard, sadly. They are a studio band for sure.

Gish was outstanding at the time and Siamese Dream kinda cleaned up that sound and was good too... I liked the original lineup... After SD, I really lost interest but liked the odd song from time to time... As time went on, I found Billy C. to be a pretty obnoxious douche.. I couldn't tell you anything they've done in the past 15 years

SP at the State Palace ~'93 was great

In fairness, the real Smashing Pumpkins haven't existed since 1996.

Been listening to The Smashing Pumpkins off and on recently. Something about their sound that I really like from that 90's Alt Rock genre.

I'm hoping they are included in the lineup for Firefly Music Festival this year.

They're one of the great bands from the 90's.

Unfortunately, they are a terrible live band though.

Gish, Mellon Collie, and Siamese are great.

Everything else is forgettable.

I really hated Adore.

Mellon Collie could have been great had the reduced it just one disc. Way too much fluff and crap on it.
