Desantis Speed Scabbard vs Safariland 6378 ALS

I am looking for a holster for my VP9. I already wanted the Desantis because it looks good and it is made for a VP9. However, it is out of stock everywhere and my wife wanted to get it for christmas for me.
I looked at the Safariland 6378 and like it since it has suede and I like the locking mechanism. Comes with a belt loop as well.
Any opinions? TIA

So that Safariland is out as well. I called Safariland and they can't confirm that it fits the VP9. Damn new guns!

Well I just found that the safariland does fit the vp9 with a p30 version, so I went with that
