New Arkham Knight Trailer. It has awesome gameplay

This is going to be an incredible gem of a game as this game will be the best experience of what it really feels like to be Batman.
I wonder if Wayne Manor and its Batcave will be available as part of the map in this game. A great batman game doesn't feel complete without Wayne Manor and its batcave with the ability to suit up and drive to Gotham and fight crime.

Looks amazing, but all of this 7 months shy of release makes me skeptical. It looks great today because those clips were done with a PC.

Holy shite that game looks perfectly phenomenal.
As good as Marvel has been in movie making, they haven't put out a game worth a shite since Ultimate Alliance or that open world Spiderman.

I don't think I can say it enough. Wayne Manor and it's batcave needs to be a part of the map. I don't think I could get a bigger comic book nerd boner walking as Bruce Wayne trough the manor down to the batcave, suiting up, getting into the batmobile, driving out of the cave and coming out of whatever secret exit and driving to Gotham and none of it is a cut scene.
By the way, with the rumors of Superman showing up in this game, I saw this comic the other day and I laughed out loud.

there is just no chance of that happening. One, there's nothing to do as bruce wayne in his mansion. Two, the map can't be big enough to accommodate that without a cut scene. Three, these stories have always been batman/jack bauer. it's all in one night, so there's no need really for batman to go back to the cave save for maybe one short trip.
the batcave was so cool to see in arkham origins, but there just wasn't anything to do there and it got old, especially the cut scenes which were super buggy.
HOWEVER, it's pretty clear from the gameplay trailers that bruce's office in downtown gotham will serve as a batcave of sorts...the first gameplay trailer ever released showed him suiting up in there

If Wayne Manor was in the game I'd spend all of my time there. Washing my Lambo, forcing Alfred to play hide and seek with me, trying on all of my clothes, prank calling Gordon, making epic pillow forts, admiring my art collection. Being Bruce Wayne would be way cooler than Batman.

I kind of want a batman game with the current fighting engine, but it plays more like GTA. You switch between Bruce and Batman, and even have choices that juggle the two alter egos.

Dude, it's next gen with tons more possibilities and more space. If GTA5 could be as big as it is right now on the PS3, no telling what's possible on the PS4 even if Arkham has a smaller budget and less time to develop it.

Because it wasn't fully developed as a full blown batcave and not interactive like it should be. Bruce has been batman for less than a year in origins, the batcave we all know and love takes several years to develop in most of canonical comic book lore.

I honestly don't mind this much as long the batmobile gets to drive in and out of it, it's fully interactive and not a cut scene when the story isn't at play.
However, there's nothing like the Wayne Manor batcave, driving out of the woods into Gotham.

Well said. That makes the implementation of the batmobile that much more interesting. You can't be running over people in the streets with the batmobile like you do in GTA.
