If you are baiting it to set them up, along with the lead shot (could put in ziplock and hide under seat. They won't notice before daylight.) you could probably scoop up a bird resembling a red-tailed hawk or a bird resembling an owl off the road and put it in their blind.
Can also tie up dead critters under blind so they are bloated and floating up against the floor.
Maybe a couple thousand crickets in there would drive them crazy too.

Start collecting ticks off deer. I killed a buck last week that had no less that 500 on him.
In one good night you could probably scoop up enough road kill to stack in the blind 4ft high. After a couple days in the sun, they wouldn't get in that blind.

I know where an active hornets nest is in West Baton Rouge Parish right now. I've been waiting on a reason to cut it down on a frosty morning to go hide inside someone's house.
That reminds me of a story someone told me about a fellow at LSU who brought one in during the winter thinking it was abandoned. I remember something about total evacuation and fumigation of a very large building. Turned out well.
