What's the largest animal you could take in a 1v1 death match?

Humans really aren't built to take on larger animals without a weapon, but what is the largest animal you could take down without a weapon? Ostrich? Coyote? Bobcat? Cow?

Tortoise, snapping turtle for me.

I don't think a cow would put up much of a fight. It would be brutal, and I would probably be psychologically damaged, but I think I could beat a cow in about four hours.

An elephant but I never would, I love them. I am positive I could train one and then lead it down a trail where it would fall down a cliff.
