Wants to be head coach and get the AD job. Who knows how reliable this is but take it for what it is worth.

Note: I have no clue how true this is. Probably is BS like most of the stuff posted around here. But it does seem like the best reason for a successful NFL coach to drop everything and move back to the college game.

Why not offer the same to Les? AD and HC... Les Miles???? OK... I about bust a gut laughing on that one myself. Love Les. But this makes a lot of sense. They can sweeten the pot for Harbaugh. He's sharp enough to pull off both jobs well. He'll have a ton of control. Way to go Chicken.

Can't imagine they'll offer that to anybody.

It is absolutely impossible to be AD and football coach today. Literally impossible

At a small school it's possible but rare(Dooley did it) but no freaking way at a athletic department and school as big as Michigan.

Agreed ... Wouldn't want my head coach taking valuable time away from the football program to get the women's softball issues squared away.

I'd think you'd want someone more level-headed than Harbaugh to be AD

This really is the best board by far. I wish it was open year round.
