Just curious.

What are some of you folks' past bonus amounts?
Or, some folks you know.....

I'm trying to keep myself grounded with expectations when it is revealed this week.

This differs so much from person to person and the industry they are in. You won't get anything meaningful from this thread.

Mine will be between $2,500 - $4,000 probably.

Soooo much variation between industries, performance, experience, etc.

Mine will be around $16k.

My targets

15% 2012<- only got half due to company performance
15% 2013<- didn't get shite due to company performance, left company
30% 2014<-

Way too many variables to predict what it will be. With the price of oil lately (in O&G field) I'm sure some sort of target will not be met
But has ranged from 6k to 30k over the last 7 yrs with this company.

We do performance + profit sharing = bonus

Performance for average employee is 3-5% of salary

Profit sharing is 5-11% is bonus

Mine was around 15% last year. I'll take 15% again on my new salary or more

Work in healthcare administration, typically mine falls around this figure.
