Filmore and Franklin.
I don't know if you'd want a bar in the shopping center on Mirabeau and Paris, next to a Save-a-lot and Dollar General.
The shopping center on Paris and Robert E Lee has potential if they ever fix it up. Pratt Park and the area around Holy Cross are coming along nicely and it's close to UNO.
