We bring more to the table than LolPels and they have a hell of a time rebutting our arguments/stances, that's why they don't like us/Rockets...bc in general they can't win.

Hornets(at the time) were in the process of finding a buyer but the lockout screwed that and many things up. Of course it was murky.
CP3 loved NOLA but Shinn/Bower were no bueno.
NOLA has(and probably always will to some extent) be a football town due to a team that's been here for nearly 50 years. The Pels establishing a culture will hopefully put things more in their favor.
Benson is savvy enough to get it straight. I have a lot more faith in him than Shinn(oh god)
Seattle will probably get an expansion team or the bucks will move there.

Its fun to mess with the Rockets fans on Pelicans Talk because they can't help but interject themselves into the forum dedicated to a team that is not theirs. But in general there is no true Pelican/Rocket rivalry because the Rockets have never done anything of consequence to the Pelicans, and vice versa.
