What's up with the Pels-Rockets rivalry on this board?

The animosity between these two fanbases seems more heated than Saints-Falcons now. Is it just because Houston has so many LSU alums, and thus more fans on here?

They say it's Boom, but there are many who have hated Houston since the T-Mac and Yao years. I never understood why.
I usually get along with them for the most part but they look to troll every chance they get. Pels board looked like they won the NBA finals when Portland knocked out Houston last year

Gyno, I was a fan before NO had a team, son. I'm a fan of LSU and the Saints. Tried to make the switch to the Hornets but couldn't change teams.
