I agree that it is one of Abitas best releases, but it is still pretty low on my list of imperial stouts.

Have you ever had Guinness, or pretty much any UK beers?

Edit: Not trying to be a dick, but actually asking. Isinglass is used in those beers and it comes from fish swim bladders.

as much as i wanted to love this beer i really didnt care for it. too thin for what its supposed to be and the price is just retarded

I find it along the lines of New Holland Dragon's Milk. It is thinner bodied, which actually makes it easier to drink IMO.

I've seen it in the $10 range, which is about right for 22 ounces of BA stout. I don't think that's an unfair price.

That's what the sign at Rouses on Tchoup said this morning. They also had imperator mixed in with them. Beer guy needs to get his shite together.
