If Ezra doesn't believe the cop's story then he must believe that Wilson was just in the mood to kill someone that day and Brown was in the wrong place at the wrong time.

Really fishy. Some parts don't add up.

My only sympathy for Michael Brown is that he's a victim of a culture. Eighteen is young and foolish. I have not heard his parents ONCE renounce his activities inside that convenience store or against the police officer.

They are grieving parents, do you really expect them to?This is so off base and asisine of a comment to make.

I also found his lazy excuse for not carrying a taser to be ill-thought, egregious, defiant and brazen

They should never come to terms with their son being a thief and being culpable for his own death?

There has to be someone better than Ezra to summarize DW's testimony.

Ya he should have been more prepared to deal with a thug trying to take his gun.

He'd had less worries about having to defend his life at a jury trial by tasing a man as opposed to shooting a man

Wasn't Brown raised by his grandmother?

Does tasing a 300 pound man always work. Aren't they designed for the average male?

Attacking a cop does.

So he has to defend his life from a jury? Ya, they aren't going for his gun and trying to kill him.

So would you have been less angry/more angry/the same amount of angry if it went to jury trial and he was found not guilty.

You don't get any easier than an indictment by a grand jury. The burden of proof goes up astronomically from probable cause to beyond a reasonable doubt. There is no way this case gets anywhere close to beyond a reasonable doubt from the evidence and witness testimony I have been able to review so far. Way too many people just lying about what they didn't see. There is doubt in every corner of this case.

Was brown incapable of choices?

He isn't a demon, he is stupid. He was killed because he did multiple stupid things that day.

Wilson did no stupid things that day. He engaged a man for jaywalking. That usually doesn't escalate.

This situation wouldn't have happened if brown had just made one sound decision. He would have been laughing it off, smoking a cigarillo, and life would've been great.
