Wtf does this even mean?

If Michael Brown wouldn't have acted like a thug, which video and eyewitness testimony proves to be fact, none of this would have happened.

Keep fighting the good fight though.

I think that it's perfectly possible and maybe even likely that without some of the slant that he was justified in shooting Brown. It just seems to me that slanting things some way when the raw truth should suffice is just the way our legal and political system works. It's just legal speech. It's part of the way that lawyers try to minimize risk for their clients. It sends up a bit of a bullshite flag, but the general outline of the story seems reasonable enough, especially so if they determined that the physical evidence supports the general line of events.

You can't type then.

90 pounds difference is the same stature? We have different thoughts about that. WRs should tangle with OTs more often. They should eliminate weight classes in boxing and wrestling as well.

I don't trust Wilsons story. Some of the rhetoric and semantics seem exaggerated, not necessarily the facts

But his story matches with eyewitness testimony and forensic evidence?

Why are you giving the KNOWN CRIMINAL the benefit of the doubt? The DNA on the gun is a huge piece of the puzzle, homey.

He spoke with a lawyer and they probably told him to vilify brown in whatever light he could.
oh yea, definitely. just like when the lawyer said it was the brown's wish that everyone participate in 4.5 minutes of silence after the verdict and violence is not the answer. then when you actually hear the mom's words, she's calling for citizens to burn everything down. lol @ you if you really think the brown's asked for moments of silence or no violence. that was their lawyer making a statement for them so they appear somewhat human to the rest of the country.

Do you think that the Grand Jury only listened to Wilson then just took his word for it?

It's called evidence. Brown's DNA was on the gun. The eyewitnesses were proven to be liars.

Explain this "Deamonization" that you speak of. Are you talking about the DNA on the gun? The video of him strong arming the convenience store clerk? The fact that he stole cigarillos not long before his death? Please elaborate.

but you blindly believe all the made up tall tales about execution style shooting, shot in the back, etc.

i bet you wish you were that Van guy on CNN. he gets to spout off a bunch of race baiting bullshite all day on national tv, probably fricks a lot of faux intellectual white hipster bitches, gets paid handsomely to do it, and his audience thinks he's the voice of their generation. meanwhile you're on here doing it for free, and everyone in earshot just thinks you're an idiot.

Yet the physical evidence backs up every sentence that he spoke.

Per Wilson:
quote:

I ordered him to get on the ground. He said, "You're too much of a frickin' pussy to shoot me" and grabbed my gun.

Well, he won't be making that mistake again. tPOS.

Well... there is the matter of Wilson saying Brown was 20-30 feet from him and charged 10 feet back towards him before he shot when the body was found 150 feet away from the car. That's a pretty big discrepancy IMO.

I'm pretty sure that he said that he chased Brown to the light pole after the first 2 shots inside the car before Brown turned around.
