Stopped by Costco yesterday and they had bone-in pork loins so I picked one up to cook today.

Seasoned it up with some seasoning I had around the house.

Cooked to 160 degrees at 225 degrees. It took about 5.5 hours.

Just before it hit the plates.

I let it cool and still had juices running...

That looks absolutely fantastic. I've never smoked a roast like that on my Primo. Normally when I cook a pork tenderloin or something similar, I cook it to an internal temperature of 145F. I see you cooked yours to 160F. Is this because the rules of smoking and slow cooking apply so you cook to a higher temp? I definitely want to cook one of these soon.

I figured with slow and low it needed more cooking time, but I was just winging it. Meat was very juice, no issues there.

Nice Clark, real nice. I do those a good bit. Out local meat marjet sells than @ 2.99/ lb. You can feed some folks for 20 bucks. I did one last Thursday and dumped Steens on it a couple times the last hour or so of cooking. Turned out pretty damn good.

I may could choke that down Did some grilled duck breast with a blackberry sauce last night.

Loving the Primo still, getting better with it every time out.

They had a good bit of them in an endcap. They also had a bone-in ribeyes along with a few other cuts that I don't normally see in stores...
