I think I'm leaving at 10 to head out with the kids. I've heard that I need to try what Seithers is doing.

Agree. Last few years we just get there at 10, grab 3 or 4 poboys, and leave. Home by 11.

After last year, if you don't get there as soon as it opens you're screwed.

We got there at 10:15 and just left. Let me see if I can remember everything I had.

Pork belly Reuben from Boucherie
Baby maker from Parkway
White chocolate-cayenne bread pudding from Holy Grill food truck
Smothered lamb from Woody's Fish Tacos
Smothered duck from Jacque-Imos

Nothing that I had really blew me away.

Yep I was pleasantly surprised that the lines weren't long. Seithers had the longest line.

My brother graduated with Jason the owner. Great people. If your looking for oysters by the sack they have the best Metairie had to offer.

I was at Seithers a few months back and tried their tuna poboy with all the sauces, similar to the one they were selling today. I admire their boldness, but there was a little too much happening on that loaf for my taste.
