See, I think that's a glorious Thanksgiving plate. Is that one ceramic? Mine only have 3 sections, but I'd love more. I have to negotiate those 3 sections carefully. I don't mind turkey, gravy and cornbread dressing in the same large section.

I'd rather use my leftovers to make one of these bad boys

Turns my stomach. You people are heathen eaters, I tell ya!

I usually get a Leidenheimer loaf and load it up with leftover turkey, mashed sweet potatoes, stuffing, cranberry sauce, mac n' cheese, gravy, mayo, and a little salt and pepper. Pure deliciousness

Wash it down with an ice cold Miller Lite and that sounds like a winner

I think I prefer the Thanksgiving leftovers burrito...
This reminds me of the 'Wrap and Roll' restaurants Al Copeland opened in the late 90s.

Wow dude I'm DEFINITELY making that this year

I just can't tell you how gross that looks. Reminds me of those bowls Popeye's or some other chicken place sells with everything they sell in the whole damn place in one bowl.
You people are killin' me.

The cranberry would ruin it for me. Do you eat stuffed chickens or other stuffed products? Same thing really

When I eat a stuffed chicken with dressing or rice dressing, I scoop out the filling and put it on my plate separately. I don't eat it in the same bite as the chicken.

You people don't need plates. Just use bowls, dump the entree and all sides into a bowl, stir and eat
I may or may not have done that before
I have

Damn right it is.
Just make sure you get the whole berry cranberry sauce and not just the jellied version

+1
Although if I have large tortillas handy I will skip the bowl and pile everything in that.

You could at least make your own cranberry sauce.

I stir, then add heaping spoonfuls onto a tortilla, wrap and eat

I would put it in this and get in the deer stand or duck blind along with my Monkee's thermos full of warm beef bouillon and red wine.
Then when finished I'd take a nap.

See, that suckers me in because anything made like a burrito is awesome, but then I think about the Thanksgiving Poboy I had the other day at Parkway and change my mind. It looked absolutely disgusting (tasted alright), but it was a sloppy, mushy mess and oozed out of the bread with every bite. Turkey, dressing, gravy, and cornbread.
Pic for reference

Gris: I don't want to hijack this thread but I need your help (and your memory)!
I think I'm going to try my hand at my own version of Vincent's cannelloni tomorrow night. (Did you know they actually use house-made crepes instead of pasta? Brilliant!)
There is no recipe online that references Vincent's so I'm kinda going on memory and menu descriptions.
They seem to only mention Parmesan. But doesn't it seem incredibly cheesy and rich on the inside? Maybe I'm just thinking that because of the cream sauce it's sitting in. Do you think I'm okay with just Parmesan in the filling? Or would you do Fontina or something of the sort?

That does not look very appetizing. The fried pickles do though.
