I would not only eat, but I would skull frick it after I was done. Next, I would make a skull fricked sheep's head stock to be used in my skull fricked sheep's head gumbo. (Watching Zach Muttenburger play on Monday Night Football has put me in a good mood.)

It's fricking fantastic. Wish I had one right now to pick at. They come ready to eat in the grocery in a foam and shrink wrap package. So fricking good with some dark rye bread and butter. Lambs head is best but mutton head is just fine

I bet you'll eat McDonalds or Burger King or any fast food/processed nastiness but just because this doesn't look "appealing" it's an automatic no. Easy to spot the morons (lookin at you Walt and you 0107). Yall keep Applebee's chilis and red lobster packed every night. Typical ignorant Americans 
no real surprise though and it shouldn't bother me like it does, but I get genuinely riled up when people automatically say no to a food because it looks "icky"(as I've heard a grown man describe lengua tacos as well as grouper cheeks before even trying them like wtf!??! who does that shite). What's the difference between a whole fish served with its head on and this? Not sure why people are freaking out, especially those who love head cheese. I'm sure there's some killer cheek meat in there.

If the sheep head looks tasty, then try the pig's head at Hong Kong Market on weekends. HKM does whole roasted pigs & sells the meat by the LB. The heads are sold separately. I was in line behind a guy buying four heads and two cases of beer...now that's a party.
