Bacon Board...A review

I had the "bacon board" appetizer last night at bootleggers smokehouse last night in scottsdale. Holy moley. Imagine a 18 by 12 inch butting block with 5 different piles of thick cut bacon. All smoked with unique flavors....applewood....jalepeno.. etc....imagine these pieces of bacon are cut as thick as slices of brisket.....two piles of fruit marmalade stuff to dip on and some cheese bread....wow.
I couldn't even finish half so ate some more for breakfast this morning....good stuff.
