and here's why.

We're going to have a National Championship caliber team at every position except QB. Unfortunately, it's one of the most important positions and decides games. We've been extremely fortunate this season to win the games we have. Let's be honest you can't be successful scoring 10 points per game and passing for 60-70 yards and expect to win more than a handful of games.

Secondly, it will kill recruiting at QB and receiver. Who wants to play in that offense, if you're a receiver or QB?

Lastly, it's embarrassing that a top 5-10 program has a QB that couldn't start for any team in the big 5 conferences. Eventually the team will start to question Miles' decision and then you have real dissention. That might even start this weekend at Arkansas. Not a Negatiger or hater, but this guy is not even CLOSE to being an SEC caliber QB. Harris WILL transfer if he doesn't get to play, whether we like it or not. Do you blame him?

If LSUs QB play depresses you, you have bigger issues than Jamarcus Russell.

PS.. we were winning with :50 seconds on the clock vs a top 5 team and beat a top 5 team the game before that with 10 pts. Our QB play didn't lose the game.

Dude, he won't. Everybody freaking thinks he could be the new "Jordan Jefferson" that was starting ahead of Lee, even though Lee was better.

NEWS FLASH - Jefferson was better than LEE. Or at least they were about equal.

BH is way better than AJ, just doesn't grasp play book just yet. BH will be the guy. Chill out.

If he starts for the next two years, I assume it will be because he improved greatly. Boykin at TCU was pretty bad the past couple of years and improved greatly this year, so there's always hope. Jennings doesn't have his raw talent though.

If Harris doesn't play, it's because he couldn't beat Jennings out for the job next spring. In that case, he should transfer and I don't care. Jennings will play unless someone else beats him out of the job.

This 100% incorrect way to look at the situation. The offense gave up 10 points in 60 minutes of football(remember 3 were because of the QB). The offense only managed 10 points and that is mainly due to the fact that our qb was 8-26 for only 76 yards. The main reason we lost the football game was the qb position. You dont judge 60 minutes of football on the final 50 seconds

Jefferson was better than Lee at scrambling, but, like Jennings, could not check off the primary receiver without getting happy feet and bailing from the pocket. Jennings and Jefferson are scarily similar although Jefferson was more of a threat running. Neither was an actual threat that needed to schemed around other than to make 'em pass. Jennings doesn't seem to have the off field baggage that Jefferson had. So just flip a coin.

I put more of the blame on the WR's dropping passes than I do jennings. Jennings didn't have an awful game despite 8-26
