This team has really come along under Jim McElwain. The former Fresno State and Alabama offensive coordinator has the Rams at 9-1 and ranked #23 in America. They have a very good chance of winning out. If he keeps winning, I wouldn't mind seeing him come back to Alabama when Saban retires.

I don't see Coach Mac as a guy who could win a title playing in the SEC, not yet anyway. We don't want to settle for an ok coach.

Dee Hart playing well for them too!

Happy for McElwain. I'll be moving to Denver in March, so gonna jump on the Rams pain train.

i always root for the rams but they get almost zero local coverage. College footbll is not a big deal here.

I send 10 emails daily from different e-mail accounts and names telling your AD to hire Muschamp.

That's BA you ended up getting the job out there. They have kept me home for the time being, but I'm still trying to get out to Denver in the near future. GL

Man. I'm still in shock. I can't wait until I'm out there. Things worked out so well.

You think they'll still move ya there?

I'm currently living in the Denver metro area and it's difficult to find decent college coverage out here. It's all Broncos all the time unfortunately.

Fort Collins really is a beautiful place. I like it more than Boulder. Maybe because it's less liberal than Boulder

Ft. Collins is a tad redder than Boulder, from all the Wyoming kids that go there instead of UW...FoCo>Boulder

Whoa. Did Scruffy just not refer to himself is 3rd person?

The front range is pretty conservative outside of FoCo. I was in FoCo for the Hawaii game Saturday and everyone was in their CSU gear. However, once McElwain leaves and the team comes back down to earth the support will probably disappear.

Only on the OT does Scruffy refer to himself in the 3rd person. And that's more of a guideline than a rule.

I started to pull for the Rams when they had Bradlee Van Pelt and his glorious hair. Still pull for them when they play.
