Is it good stuff? I'm wiring my entire house and the price is good, good reviews but just want to hear from someone on here that has ordered? What about their patch panels? Switches? Anything else? TIA

My only experience with them is ordering $40 worth of lighting cables for my wife's stupid iPhone.

I've bought bulk cat cables and they work fine. I've ordered lots of stuff from them, including hdmi cables, and never had a problem with anything

Monoprice is the shite. They get all of their cables and other hardware from the same place as the brand names you see in stores. There is no difference other than the amount of profit and overhead built into the price.

I haven't ordered the bulk ones , but have ordered a few 100' (and several shorter) cat 6 cables and they have all been top quality

I would 2nd the advice about Monoprice; I have ordered countless items from them and all have at least met my expectations and most have exceeded. Super-fast shipping as well if I recall. I just got an email from them; if you use the promo code PREBF10 you can get 10% off through tomorrow the 11th.

disagree. in many instances monoprice cabling is far superior to what you'd pay triple or quadruple (or more) for.

in fact, we had someone install "professional in wall" touchscreens for the big screen tvs in our conference rooms.

well after paying a FORTUNE for these yahoos to run cabling, etc...within 2 weeks the HDMI connector in every single conference room had broken off. it was LOL funny that we had these massive thick cables coming out of the floor with the precious HDMI cable in the sheathing..then a cheap arse HDMI connector at the end that came loose after 2 or 3 connections.

ps ilike..ygm..you never responded.

Good to know. Basically the point is that there's no reason for anyone to be skeptical of monoprice's cheap price tags on cables. I've only dealt with their basic cabling -- USB, cat5, RCA -- and there's not much to say about them other than that they are fine. Haven't use any HDMI cables from them, but I agree HDMI cables have varying degrees of quality that are not in any way related to price.

Sorry, just responded. I rarely check that address. I responded with my real personal email.

Take a serious look at BlueJeansCables.com.

They sell Belkin cables and they're really , really great folks to deal with. Not sure they do spools of cables, but if you know your distances there are many options.
