Received 24 1 1/4/1/2 lb. fresh lobsters Friday. Cooked Saturday, combination of steaming and grilling. 24 lobsters is a lot of food. We had ten people, ladies and gents, and couldn't come close to finishing.

All the lobsters were thriving until a quick knife to the brain ended their life. 24 for $200 delivered.

Anyone got any good recipes for leftover lobster meat? Making a lobster au gratin tomorrow but that want use it all. Looking for a good casserole recipe that I can make and freeze.

If you are looking for good lobster at a great price give this guy a shout. He is familiar with TigerDroppings. mainelobstaman@gmail.com

I've always hated the use of "nom nom nom." But that was my first reaction when I read "lobster roll."

I actually meant to take pics and post but had a steamer and grill going and got real busy. My intentions were good but execution lacked

They cook quick, you don't have a lot of time to fiddle around.

Lobster meat, a little mayo, some corn cut from crawfish boil corn, can remember what else I added. Put it on a toasted hot dog bun. I has some at a famous roadside shack in the Hamptons and was not impressed. I liked this version a lot more...
