Who else is going?

Was awesome last year - venue is now Champions Square (was Warehouse Dist. last year).

Last year's venue was awful for that size crowd. Lines to get in and to get food was clusterfricked. Hopefully Champions Square will cure this.

Yeah I concur. There wasn't enough tables or places to rest anything, either. The inside was a sardine can/clusterfrick.

I was planning on getting there early tomorrow as a result of last year, but Champions Square should alleviate the lines a bit to get in (if they have more people scanning tickets).

Regardless, the event is awesome. A lot more local chefs this year as compared to last year (last year had Mario Batali).

the concert will actually be watchable in Champions Square too. Last year was way too congested

It should be better for sure - Grace Potter did a great job last year and is back again.

Very much looking forward to tonight. I had a fantastic time last year, despite some of the issues with the crowd. Should be even better at the new location.

Events get popular in New Orleans and its a last minute town. So all of a sudden double or triple the amount of people show up day of and it creates logjams. Nature of beast. Move to Champions Square will be beneficial, I believe.

It's one of my favorite charities to donate to. I can see the progress first hand, and the kids need any guidance they can get.

Will you be there?
