We are leaps and bounds better than at that point in the season.
No team has progressed like LSU.

When you make that guarantee the week the 3 and 4 play eachother, you're just being a jackass. Especially the way he said it. My bold comment was dripping with sarcasm.

SEC fans will implode when a 2 loss team is out and a one loss B12 team is in.

Well, I'd say MSU would be a close game at this point, since it is at home. I won't go so far to say LSU would win.
AU was sky-high for that game with a freshman on the road. They did about everything right. It was a perfect storm that they couldn't replicate. I still say AU beats LSU by 2 TDs if they play next week.

Hell they won't have 3 sec teams much less 2 in top 4 by end of year.
I'm glad they released but kind of wished they wouldn't have.

Auburn absolutely should be 3rd.
Ole Miss absolutely should be ahead of Alabama.
What we've learned is they aren't going to use any eye test bullshite. It's going to be about resume: who you beat, who you lost to, and where you played.
That's it. And that's how it should be.

Can you imagine if they only came out with 1 final poll? It'd be like that play last year where the refs let the defender lay on the ball as time ran out then sprinted off the field. Instead of understanding how everything plays out, all the outrage will come at once.

Then why is Oregon ranked so much higher than Arizona and why is Oklahoma ranked ahead of LSU and Baylor below TCU?
