I understand why he doesn't wear a headset.
He feels more in tune with the game and can give better insight. The headset distracts him from the ongoings on the field and the pulse of the team.
The issue I have, is clock management, strategy (going for it on 4th, field goal or punt, take a knee or try and get 3, etc.) and overall input about the current situation to the DC and OC.
Obviously he helps structure the gameplan during the week and they go out an execute, and the head coach that doesn't call plays has very little input even with a headset.
It's just not something I would do, but I understand it.

Who does he need to talk to all the time? Mattison is on the field, and Nuss has been this year too. There have been lots of times when he needs to talk to someone he picks up a headset to do so.

These are all problems. As is player development at every position but interior defensive line.
I think we have found a more appropriate job for Brady.

He was talking to the Arkansas fan who said Hoke could never be Bret's replacement.
And he sounds mad, but when doesn't he.
Them Budweisers make him angry.
