First he didn't know anything about Shane Morris having a concussion and claimed he doesn't have a say in who plays, then he said he was unsure about what happened with regard to the whole "stake in the ground" think before the MSU game ( LINK):

quote:

Hoke said Saturday that he wasn't sure exactly what happened with the stake-planting incident.

Now he gets mixed up as to whether or not Michigan is playing on the road this weekend:

Brady Hoke says Jabrill Peppers isn't traveling this week. I'd hope not, since Michigan plays at home.

Think Arky will consider him after Bert is fired? Hoke has some conference wins in his current conference if I'm not mistaken. Upgrade?

I've wondered how a Head Coach like Hoke, in this day and age, doesn't wear a headset. This isn't 1925 anymore. You're merely putting yourself at a disadvantage.

What's funny is that during his first year (his only good year), all I ever heard from ESPN and TV commentators was "durr he's an old school coach who doesn't need a headset." I always thought it was so stupid he didn't wear one, because it just means he's disconnected and fairly useless.

Les would never have said he didn't know what was going on with the stake. He would have said:

Certainly when you have a stake that's been brought to bear on a situation with a quality opponent on the road, the desire is there to create an opportunity to use that stake in a means that communicates the passion of a football team.

In this case, we had a quality group of guys that made an error in judgment, and that type of display is the sort of display that, as a coach, I will take the necessary actions in disemboweling that mentality.

Brady Hoke is doomed as a football coach simply by virtue of his effeminate voice. He never stood a chance.
