I'll take Bleak House. The pervasive sense of frustration dealing with the English chancery, the colorful characters, the contemptible lawyers, the poverty, the wealth, the clever dialogues, the disgusting Harold Skimpole, the doom, the ending optimism.... Dickens's finest work.

If somebody had asked me "do you expect that upgrayedd would care about literature?" I would have answered "that dumbass?"

Tale of Two Cities

Generic answer, but one of my all time favorite novels.

A Christmas Carol if counting novelettes

Great Expectations, otherwise. I especially enjoy the scene at the end.

A Christmas Carol, even though it is a novella.

I hate everything that Dickens has ever written. I would rather read Kant in German than a Dickens novel.

Bleak House is awesome, Jane Austen is quite nice too. Gotta Love those Brahmins...
