RBs like ingram are a dime a dozen in the NFL

almost nothing separates a guy like ingram from a guy like ridley, who will be available in the 3rd or later

every offseason there is a RB like thomas jones out there to sign

RB has almost no value in the NFL right now

I'm not excited about this guy at all. We have enough depth at RB.

People are so fricking emotional on this board. It's not like the people who were down on Ingram didn't have a good reason.

I was really down on him early on when he wasn't producing. His vision and quickness are night and day. It really is incredible to see how much he's improved.

I was a fan when we drafted him

He wasn't playing well for awhile

He's matured and grown into a great back

He seems to have slimmed down. Similar to Leveon Bell.

I just don't understand why fans don't understand that it takes time for players to adjust and mature.

They keep calling it an excuse, but it's just a fact of the NFL...or any level of football.

Definitely not a lifelong fan here. Still has a lot to prove, IMO.

A solid game next week will go a long way to getting me in his corner.

Please don't refer to the Dallas game in support of Ingram. It was comical how big those holes were.

Not to mention this is the first year he hasn't dealt with nagging leg injuries.

All of this.

He is playing much, much better, but the criticism he received early in his career (for on field play, not for attending Alabama) was deserved.

I couldn't be happier that he's playing so well now.

Not that I wasn't pulling for him. Just was pulling for other backs ahead of him ON OUR TEAM.

Some of you people are plain and simply completely fricking retarded. He is an excellent back who needs to be given the rock, that happened to play for Alabama, and you are too fricking jaded to accept that he is a SAINT. Get over it. Idiots.

The good old 'I told you so' thread. Ingram played terrible for a long time. Maybe that was injury, maybe it took him awhile to find his groove. There is no denying that he played poorly, however.

The guy is playing great right now. Also no denying that. You didn't get anything for thinking he might turn around a bit earlier than everyone else. It doesn't mean you are smarter than everyone else, or that NFL teams are going to be knocking down your door as a talent evaluator.

Just enjoy the win.
