People that rope off "free parking" spots for their late arriving friends suck

Getting more and more common at the free spots.
Then you have people that park on the ground behind the curb, and then rope the area behind their cars to block that area off... It's BS. I can get if you are tailgaiting, but that isn't done on the public streets and curbs.
Free parking -- Don't HOG it.

Complaining about parking, shocker. And that stuff got out of hand 2 years ago. I stopped parking over there because of it.

Its worse when they mark it off under the interstate and charge $20 Bucs for a free parking spot.
