Broncos are the best there is right now, they're playing to get back to the Super Bowl and erase last year. I hope they do it over the Seahawks.

He looked like he was about to throw up on the sideline after his kicker missed that FG.

I think Denver will win if they don't play the 'Hawks. If Seattle makes it to the SB they'd beat Denver again. Just a bad matchup for Denver. Denver would smoke anyone else imo.

Denver looks unbeatable right now but so much changes in the NFL over the course of the season. The Packers looked like world beaters in 2011 (15-1 I think?) and then the fricking Giants (whom the Saints beat like 60-7) beat them in the Divisional round and won the damn Super Bowl.

That kind of shite happens more years than not. The Broncos - clearly the best team in the NFL right now and it isn't close - probably have less than a 50% chance of winning the Super Bowl.

Broncos have now had 3 separate players have a 3 receiving touchdowns game. Julius Thomas week 1 against the Colts. Demaryius Thomas against the Cardinals. Emmanual Sanders tonight.

Peyton is on pace for 50 touchdown passes after 7 games.

Love it when the OP keeps the score updated.

The adage goes you are never as good or as bad as you think you are.

Broncos benefitting big time right now from lack of injuries. They basically have none through 7 games, which is unheard of. That could change very quickly. Hopefully it will not. The team was a triage unit heading into the super bowl last year, missing 5 or 6 defensive starters as well as their all-pro left tackle and pre-season 1st and 2nd team centers.

They don't call that if it's just an incomplete pass. frick these refs.

How was that pick any different than the non call in the LSU auburn 2006 game? By auburn logic, that ball was tipped so doesn't matter that it was holding.

That was really the most heinous call I've seen all year - mostly because they threw the flag after the fact.

Should keep the score out of the title anyway. Who in the world keeps track of the score with thread titles?

Not really related. But on Sunday when Peyton broke the record, why did that Canton dude run off with the ball? That ball holds no significance.

The ball that was thrown to break the all-time NFL TD record holds no significance? That's just silly.

Why would it hold significance? The important ball is the one that sets the record, i.e., the last touchdown Peyton throws.

I disagree. The one that broke the record is more significant. Besides, it's impractical to wait until 2017 for Peyton to retire to finally put a ball in the hall to commemorate this achievement.

I completely disagree. I would rather see the record setting ball, not the record breaking ball. Might just be me, though. Idk. Just thought it was weird that the dude was running off like he had a bag full of diamonds when Peyton is going to throw 50 more.

ETA: Think about it in terms of Favre breaking Dan Marino's record. Which ball do you think is more significant? Ball 421 or ball 508?
