Guess me and a bunch of people I know have a problem. Good gin on the rocks is fine for me, if it's good gin. Bombay Sapphire or Plymouth Gin are good stuff.

All about calories. A shot of liquor generally is around 100 calories, and some beers (particularly craft) can be way over 100... even domestics are 100+ most of the time.
Just stop drinking during the week, and drink sat/sun.
Go to a BMR calculator. Eat less calories than your BMR every day and boom... you will lose weight. Just count every single calorie you stuff in your pie hole and you're good.

Wtf are you talking about?!? Your body doesn't need carbohydrates to survive. Where do people get this shite? It is pretty much impossible to go completely zero carb because most foods have at least trace amounts but you do not need carbohydrates for survival.
