Joseph and Matt seem to think so

What did they expect with those 3 as their QB's? Did they honestly think they would be playoff or SB contenders??? It absolutely SICKENS me that these 3 would get a chance ahead of Tim Tebow who's stats clearly show he is better than all 3. 17 TD passes to just 9 INT's, rushed for nearly 1000 yds and 12 more TD's and has won a playoff game WITH HIS ARM (316 yds passing against the number one Passing D that year). That's 29 TD's to 9 INT's, and yet the amazing threesome in Tennessee named Locker, Whitehurst, and this Zack Muttenwhosit are supposed to be leading the Titans to wins? Significant wins? They deserve to keep on losing. A franchise with no vision, no plan, obviously.

Did Tebow even complete 50% of his passes in the NFL?

Seeing him throw a wobbly out or curl to the open side of the field and Decker or Thomas work their way 7 yards back to the ball for a 3 yard gain always made me cringe

Mett has not done anything in the NFL regular season yet, but I doubt he will be worse.

It would be one thing if it was just the Titans who thought that he couldn't be a successful NFL QB. It's another thing when the entire league is of that opinion. NFL teams are in the business of winning and generally do not pass on guys who they legitimately think betters their chances of doing so.

Granted, Tebow is probably a better player than some of the other recent bums who have started at QB over the last couple of years. However he is not so much better that NFL teams think the circus that follows him is worth it. It's like Michael Sam. If he were as talented as someone like J.J. Watt then teams would be more than happy to deal with the media attention that follows him. Because he's not, it's not worth putting him their team.

I like Tebow a lot, but come the frick on!

NFL teams are not playing games. If they think someone is better, they will employ said person.

He's a former Special Teams player for the New York Jets, the NFL's least liked team.

I'm gonna say that even though Mett has not played an NFL game, he is a better QB than Tebow. I'm basing this on the fact that Mett is an actual QB.
