Now we know why the left despises, hates, loathes fox news. It's the one barrier that prevents a monopoly on what we are told.

TV networks thrive on low ratings. It's good for revenue.

Translation: if anyone have a f*ck about the midterms, they would cover it.

now go back to your usual paranoid schizophrenic world you guys live in

This is such bullshite not even gullible naive you should believe it. Your chart is showing ABC News has not covered the election once. And NBC covered the 2006 election 65 times on in 1 1/2 months. And don't you find it odd that Fox News wasn't included in this little survey?

I wonder who put this out? Could it be the Right's verision of Media Matters? Why yes it is. Media Research Center put this out.

quote:

"Liberals hate [MRC President and Founder] Brent Bozell. And in this business, that's a badge of honor. . . . He documents their excess, their idiocy, and their bias."
—Rush Limbaugh

quote:

"Brent Bozell and the Media Research Center have been huge assets to conservative movement over the last 25 years. The folks at the MRC fight the good fight every day, every week, every year, and I don't know what we'd do without them."
—Mark Levin

quote:

"The MRC has played a key role in our culture, not just documenting and exposing liberal bias, but helping to pave the way for the growth of an alternative media that works to balance the far left ideologues at the major networks and the major newspapers."
—Sean Hannity

Media Research Center, about as biased as bias can be, is doing "studies" on bias in the media.

You ignorant liberal POS.

The point is when the liberal, commie dems are running good the liberal commie news stations blast that point aloud. The same thing was proven a few months ago about the news media not mentioning Obama's bad polling numbers on the big 3 networks very often, like maybe 9 times in a set of 6 months. In the same set of months when Bush had bad numbers the BIG 3 NETWORKS MENTIONED HIS SINKING POLL NUMBERS 124 TIMES. Compared to like 9 times for Obama in a similar situation.

You get it now liberal commie idiot?

Sure. There been a bit of a difference but to be fair, only those on the right are excited about this midterm election so it won't equate huge ratings for anyone but maybe Fox news. On the positive, less coverage means many low information voters won't even be aware there is an election and will stay home.

What about the 2010 midterms?

Probably paints a totally different picture.

Chart is stupid.

Y'all have convinced me.... The MSM was created and is controlled by liberal democrats. Conservatives and Republicans have been staking this claim for so long that it simply must be true.

So, what does this bias mean? It mean that for all their bluster about being the party of smart people, great ideas and business leaders the GOP has proven, by their own admission, that they simply can not out wit, out maneuver and out compete liberals in a relatively free market place. Since it is a well established fact that the left is destroying the country and is using its lackies in the main stream media to facilitate said destruction one would think that the thinking, intellectually superior, hard working and better financed right would have been able to find a way to compete. It has been at least 48 years that I know of that y'all have been admitting that your side is not able to compete with the left on this issue, an issue that is arguably the single most important issue in a democratic republic where ideas and information must be spread to the masses. I am now on your side....y'all are simply not bright enough to compete....I get it. The evidence is irrefutable.

So, this begs the question....if y'all don't have an answer for an issue that has been plaguing your side for at least 48 years, and issue that is the foundation of your sides inability to articulate your message and your ideas to the masses, how in the hell do you expect people to support your side who you will be responsible for solving complex, nuanced problems that no one sees coming when you can't even address this one that is now at least nearly a half a century old?

I have always grudgingly admired the idea that leaders on the right were intelligent leaders of business and industry....the kind of people who would see a difficult problem and view it as an opportunity instead of an obstacle. The kind of men and women who would strike out across an unknown ocean seeking a better life....or cross a hostile continent for the same purpose.....but y'all have convinced me that this idea is wrong. The right is simply not as smart as the left. Everything y'all hold as a gospel truth indicates this....

.....The media is biased and we can't overcome it
......Labor unions force management to take actions that destroy management
......Minorities can't see that liberals are their enemy and the right is their friend

All of these issues have been plaguing the right since I leapt out of my Mama nearly half a century ago....and y'all still have no idea or plan of action, other than constant whining. And people are supposed to trust y'all??? Would you trust someone who was so blatantly incompetent?

describe in 50 words or less how it feels to be clueless and stupid. Extra points will be given if you can use a three syllable word in the proper context.

The review was specifically dealing with Broadcast Network news. You probably overlooked that.

FNC was not there for the same reason the other Cable Network News programs were not.

ABC World News Tonight, not ABC News. You probably overlooked that.

But if your contention is otherwise regarding ABC WNT's coverage of potential opposition party takeover in light of an unpopular POTUS, simply link the transcript. My gut is MRC is accurate.

Dude, no one gives a frick about these midterms. Or very few. I personally don't think they really matter much and won't change a thing, right now no matter who wins.

Why isn't 2010 used for comparison? GOP took the House and I bet there was more coverage than in 2006.

The chart is totally disingenuous and retarded.

2006 = unpopular incumbent in second midterm. Sounds like apples to apples. 2010 not so much.

I swear you hacks get dumber every day.
