Was Brent Musberger once upon a time.

Now probably Steve Young and Bill Simmons.

I don't watch much ESPN other than college football games.

I know a lot of people like Herbstreit. He seems like a good guy and his delivery is fine, but I think his analysis is pretty superficial and not particularly good or insightful.

Spielman over Herbstreit.

Much more knowledgeable about why things happen in plays and he doesn't blow the winning team throughout the whole game.

Spielman doing Washington Baylor in the Alamo Bowl a few years back was a thing of beauty. He was beyond pissed at how bad those defenses played

Nessler & Blackledge. I really, really wish they'd take over the CBS SEC games.

I love watching games that Spiels covers. He's very knowledgable and gets so angry at defensive miscues, especially missed tackles. It's hilarious.

My favorite college announcers of all time were the team of Dave Barnett and Bill Curry!

Around 1999/2000 they were doing SEC games. Great insight from Bill Curry and Dave had a voice that screamed SEC College football without all of the overhyped shite you get from announcers today.
