I think some of you are reading Mobile (Alabama) as mobile (device).

They are posting using their mobile devices from their mobile homes in Mobile County, listening to the Who's "Goin' Mobile" waiting on the Bookmobile to come by they place because they are limited mobility...?

Heard the Advocate may not be far behind in dropping their print editions and going to internet only like NOLA.

They are about to break ground on a new four story office building in front of their printing press on Reiger Road. I'd say you need the Johnson and Johnson ear wax removal system because you heard wrong.

NEW ORLEANS – The Times-Picayune will move its printing and packaging operations to Mobile in the next 12 to 15 months, resulting in the loss of about 100 jobs, according to a story on the paper's web site, NOLA.com.

See what happens when a paper endorses Mary Landreau??

I quit getting the times pick-a-new-one when all they wrote about was what kind of a dog Obama was getting and which church he would attend and they didn't mention anything about all the criminal activities he was committing

in other news, no one is buying typewriters either.

I saw a typewriter in our advertising room today. In one of the satellite offices where one of the printing presses used to be I found a treasure trove of old typewriters and cameras collecting dust.

I put my dibs in on the stash if they ever decide to clean that room out. Lots of cool old stuff some editor hoarded away.
