He's an easy scapegoat for everyone, including LFC fans.. But I don't think we'd have been any better had we signed Falcao

I doubt it would have changed much, but it would be interesting to know how each would have fared I'd they went to the other team.. Again, I'm not a big fan of Welbeck as a player, but he may have paired up well with Studge... Those 2 and sterling would have been deadly on the counter with Cou pulling the strings... Nalo could be good in that spot too

100% agree, he is honestly the least of LFC problems right now.

More like middle of the pack - definitely not the least, but also not the most. I think the greatest problem is that we're not even attempting to use him in the way he's suited, and then are surprised he's not just spraying goals all over the place.

Sturridge being out is a lot of this - it will e interesting to see how we play once we have both of them for a run of games.

I'm surprised we haven't played Lambert (or hell even Borini) up top with him more. Maybe there's even more defensive liability with those two up top.

Skysports interviewed some Liverpool fans outside Anfield today. Pretty much all were trashing Balo.

Yea but at this point if you are a mess in the back might as well see what happens with two up top.

Meh. I don't come here to post every single thought about soccer that pops into my head. Unlike some people...

But, I'd still take Welbeck as the winner so far.

I don't have a dog in this fight or really even know what you guys are arguing about, I just wanted to interject to let you know what a douche you are. You're not funny or clever or insightful or anything. You don't know what's cool or when to use the correct emoticons. I pretty much just hate you as a poster and I am glad I will never have to meet you in person. K bye.

In retrospect, the answer is Arsenal... when you consider, the £12mm loan fee for Falcao, the £16mm for Welbeck basically covers Falcao's wages for the year... Definitely Arsenal
