They're becoming more oversaturated than the Cowboys

Wk 3: Regional
Wk 4: Eagles (AGotW)
Wk 5: Chiefs (CBS featured 3:25 game)
Wk 6: Rams (MNF)
Wk 7: Broncos (SNF)

This is nothing new, the 49ers have always been one of the most popular NFL teams.

Umm good teams get favorable time slots.
Also population bases get favorable time slots.

And they still have the Saints and Seahawks[twice].

Including the afternoon game is a stretch. They're a West Coast team, so they don't have any 12 Central home games. Plus, they are popular team, that has been successful. Not to mention they play in a good division, so they are going to have plenty of good match ups. In other words, who cares?

They're a popular team that's currently good, they're among the most entertaining afternoon options, and those are mostly good matchups against quality teams.

How did they do in week 3 against Regional? That must have been a beatdown.

The way the NFL schedule is to put good teams versus good teams. So, especially early on, you will get mathchups that broadcasters prefer.
