The best $70 I've spent on an appliance recently...

I'm officially a fresh pasta whore. It's becoming less and less of a pain in the arse each time I make it, and the results are pretty fantastic. Really elevates the pasta to be the main focus, and the sauce/toppings are more of a condiment.
Tonight was just garlic, cherry tomatoes, olive oil, basil, lemon zest, and red pepper flakes. Super simple, incredibly fresh and vibrant.

I have the roller attachment for my stand mixer. It's nice not to have to crank with one hand and feed with the other. Works great.
