Hear what it looks like? Does that even make sense bros?

Doing shoulders later on today, and I need some inspiration.

Front deltoids?
Side deltoids?
Rear deltoids?
Etc

And if you're gonna come up in here and say, "heavy shoulder press is all you need, everything else is pointless", then please GTFO

I'm currently only doing heavy presses, but I know what you mean.

I like incline front barbell raises and the various cable shoulder raises. I worry about the side raises and impingement, although that's a concern in the front with heavy weight and spotty form. Cables tend to promote good form, at least with me. You can do the bent over rear delt cable raise, but you can also get a good, overall shoulder isolation workout with just the standing shoulder cable raise.

You can also do alternating dumbbell presses.

I don't have access to heavy weights just dumbells up to 50 lbs. So I super set these:

Alternating Arnold Press / external rotations

then

Alternating front and side lateral raises / Cuban Press

Good stuff

Anyone do the upright rows using dumb bells?? I've tried with barbells, smith machine, etc and don't like it.

You can hit your shoulders really hard simply with pushups (all kinds), pullups, plank and burpee variations while simultaneously working other areas as well. Much more efficient and valuable (not to mention useful for everyday life) than the ronnies who stand in front of the mirror at the dumbbell rack doing trap shrugs and the like.

Military press: 5x5
Side DB raises: 3x10
Upright rows: 3x10
One arm cable lateral raise: 2x15
Reverse flyes: 3x10

I only do 1 exercise for front and rear since I hit them with chest and back.

You are doing 22 sets just on your shoulders? Why would you do this? Sometimes this place is pretty astounding.
