So there really are cult churches in the deep bayous of Louisiana? Serious question. I wouldn't know. I don't go to church.

Yes. It was pretty good. The only real shots in there where I could pinpoint the town as Ponchatula were the establishing shots and the first time the reporter speaks when on the railroad tracks.
I was kind of glad they didn't show much...although for some reason I wanted to see more. I don't need that mess in my head.
My question is, how does all that start? Like that ritual and behavior has to grow from something, and then turn into something you like to do...an exploration. How does it get to that though. If I asked this to some people they'd say, it's the way Satan works, but I mean from behavioral/psychological perspective.

I wouldn't call Pontchatoula "deep bayou".

In the video i feel like they make Ponchatoula seem more small and down the bayou than it really is. I went to north oaks hospital daycare and in the summers it was at hosanna but it was run by the hospital employees luckily and not the church. Still creepy though that was around 1999-2000 when I was 7
