The light at E Boyd and Burbank is going back up-UPDATE: we have light!

This deserves its own thread.
UPDATE: Left turn signal has been added for those turning left onto E Boyd from Burbank in either direction. No left turn signal installed for E Boyders turning onto Burbank from what I can see, so we'll see how that goes.

The turning point (haha get it) was when they removed the "right turn only" signs. That was a mistake that caused a lot of unnecessary confusion.
